We have selected Microgreens that are nutritious and great tasting. Each one has its own uniqueness of shape, colour and flavour. Our goal is to bring dishes to life as naturally as possible.
Peppery and aromatic Arugula adds an extra zing to sandwiches, salads and soups. Use them on appetizers, pizza or as a beautiful tasty garnish.
High in vitamin C, copper and iron. Arugula also contains potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium.
Delicate and beautiful yet still aromatic and peppery like its full grown counterpart. Lay them over pizza, add them to pasta or use them as a garish on tomato based appetizers.
High in polyphenols which support good gut health by reducing inflammation. In addition they are exceptionally high in beta-carotene and vitamin A.
Mild peppery taste with undertones of broccoli. Great in salads, sandwiches and soups.
Excellent source of sulforaphane, vitamin C and calcium. Young broccoli Microgreens contain 20 times the concentration of full grown broccoli.
Mild but with a slight tangy flavour they are a great addition to sandwiches, salads & soups. Great on pasta and main dishes and equally beautiful as a garnish.
High in rutin which cleanses the colon and alkalizes the body. It is also rich in lecithin which helps balance cholesterol.
They boast a vibrant parsley flavour with hints of citrus. Bolder than their mature counterpart and somewhat sweet, they make a great garnish or flavour enhancer to any dish. Great in stir fries, burritos and curries.
High in vitamin A, C and folic acid it is also a good source of vitamin K and riboflavin. Well known for cleansing heavy metals from the body.
Botanically related to watercress and mustard sharing their peppery, tangy flavour and aroma. A beautiful garnish with its uniquely shaped leaves it is also a wonderfully addition to seafood, sandwiches and in soup.
High in vitamin K which helps the body heal from wounds and bruises and areas effected by surgery. It has loads of vitamin C, which protects the immune system and vitamin A, which supports the maintenance of teeth, bones, soft tissue and while blood cells.
DAIKON RADISH MICROGREENS
Mildly spicy with a striking vibrant colour this micorgreen is a great addition to salads, wraps and sandwiches.
High in vitamin C and folate. Folate promotes a healthy cardiovascular system.
PEA SHOOTS MICROGREENS
Have a nutty, distinct and delicious flavour. Perfect to add at the last minute to a stir fry, tasty in a smoothie and beautiful as a garnish.
High in vitamin A, folate, as well as chlorophyll which helps build blood, detoxify and reduce inflammation. Extremely high in Vitamin C which helps repair tissues, strengthens the immune system and supports the absorption of iron.
Tender, moist, and crisp with a very sweet, mild corn flavour and grassy tart undertones.
These shoots can be used on top of main dishes, mixed into salads, scrambled with tofu, or even wrapped into burritos or sandwiches. Popcorn shoots pair well with cherry tomatoes, lettuce and dark leafy greens. Often used as a fun and funky garnish.

Sweet and delicate with a distinctive fresh cabbage taste. An excellent addition to any plate as a bed of greens for mains, tossed in salads or added to sandwiches and wraps. They are a perfect topper to soups and stews and will liven and enhance any dish.
New science reveals that red cabbage sprouts contain 40 times more vitamin E, 6 times more vitamin C and 69 times more vitamin K than the fully mature plant. That's a lot of colds prevented and inflammation decreased!
RED RUSSIAN KALE
Mild and sweet in flavour. Somewhat creamy yet sturdy enough to remain crunchy.
An excellent source of vitamin C & A as well as calcium, magnesium and potassium.
Sweet and nutty in flavour with a slight crunchy texture. Sunflower Microgreens are tasty and versatile, they can be used for a variety of dishes from salads to sandwiches to burgers and tacos.
High amounts of zinc, vitamin A, B, C and E. Rich in essential amino acids and are a great source of plant based protein.
Wheatgrass is often consumed as a supplement for its nutritional and health benefits. These young sprouts of the wheat family can be eaten whole and raw, but more often they are juiced raw and consumed as a liquid. Beloved by many, especially valued by health food fanciers, wheatgrass has a very strong, pronounced taste. Best to be taken on an empty stomach.
